A spring blooming herb, garden sage has been thought to have medicinal properties. This Mediterranean herb was used to aid in indigestion, stop bleeding of wounds and heal ulcers in Ancient Rome. It was also considered a Roman pharmacopoeia ~ a book containing directions for the identification of compound medicine.
Ethically foraged garden sage from our 2022 foragers’ neighbor who grew and harvested this plant, have been dried by our forager and preserved by us, into drop studs for your ears. The Garden Sage Studs feature garden sage clipped in stems, encased in our biodegradable and compostable material. They hang delicately off either sterling silver ear wires.
